Digital Products & Memberships
Online Business Support Club provides immediate access to digital content, community features, training materials, live calls, replays, knowledgebase content, and related resources.
Because digital products and memberships can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments already processed.
Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unusual situations can occur.
Refund requests submitted due to accidental purchases, duplicate payments, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of any exception is at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider.
We are usually able to resolve most billing concerns quickly and fairly.
Live Events, Workshops & Special Programs
Certain live events, workshops, bootcamps, consulting engagements, implementation services, or special offers may have their own refund policies.
